“The journey began with a series of interviews aimed at thoroughly uncovering the project requirements. We engaged in discussions that explored both my desires as a client and the overarching vision and emotional essence of the brand.”

Initially, the service was developed as a way to track employee workload on internal (non-commercial) and external (commercial) projects, which were displayed in the interface as purple and green blocks. Therefore, the graphic symbol incorporates the idea of balance between these two areas — internal and commercial projects — ensuring that one does not outweigh the other.
This concept of the relationship between the two adjacent areas became the main visual motif that runs through all elements of the visual identity — from the layout of presentations and the design of icons to promotional merchandise and advertising campaigns.
The visual technique of dividing the graphic symbol with a vertical gap into two equal parts seamlessly extends to other symbols, such as icons for lists or the auxiliary logo for the subsidiary project — Resourcer Exchange, a B2B marketplace connecting consumers and suppliers of digital solutions.
“Aleksey was able to capture the legacy of the product’s past experience, address the requirements of a modern style and visual identity, and lay the groundwork for its future development and the evolution of related products.”

“I highly recommend Aleksey as a professional capable of tackling complex challenges. He’s independent in his decision-making, yet he listens to others' opinions and is open to exploring alternatives, clearly explaining the pros and cons of each option.”
