Key Achievements
In collaboration with the product strategy agency 30KStrategy from Miami, USA, I participated in the rebranding and product development for a telecommunications company specializing in IoT. As a result of this project, the company was able to attract € 50 million in investments during its Series B funding round.

I worked on a large-scale rebranding for an IT company (one of the top 2 digital agencies in Kazan), conducting a six-month research phase and gradually integrating the new visual system into workflows over three years. I contributed to the development and increased brand recognition, receiving praise from top management, significantly improving employee satisfaction with the HR brand, and enhancing their engagement. I updated the visual identity of the educational division, increasing its attractiveness among university students by 60%.

I participated in the creation and development of the brand for a product lifecycle management service, which helped attract $ 15 million in investments and led Backbone PLM to be recognized as one of the best startups of 2019 in Boulder, Colorado, according to CrunchBase.

I developed the visual identity for a coworking space network and supported the implementation of the new image over five years, working closely with the project’s creative team. This collaboration helped the company grow significantly and become the largest coworking network in Russia at that time.

Together with a team of architects, restorers, and designers, I worked on creating an authentic visual identity for a tourist complex in Herceg Novi, Montenegro. This effort helped demonstrate the immense value of the architectural complex and achieved the primary goal of improving local residents’ attitudes toward the historical heritage restoration project.

I led the ideation process by applying design thinking principles to understand the needs, problems, and behaviors of the target audience, translating complex client requirements into user-friendly concepts and messages.

I worked directly with company founders and product directors to develop effective semantic and visual solutions that address business challenges; I coordinated the implementation of these solutions into the companies’ products and processes.

I developed guidelines and provided long-term support for the visual transformation process of companies, launching new divisions and products while exercising creative oversight to ensure the integrity of this process.

Principal Brand Designer — Senior

I was responsible for the company’s rebranding process. I led brainstorming sessions, discussing ideas and strategies during group sessions to design the new company image in collaboration with top management, as well as creating product brands with internal project teams.

Using the Core Discovery design strategy framework, I transformed the founders’ vision into accessible and effective visual representations by analyzing the profile, needs, and motivations of the target audience, supporting the company’s growth and expanding its capabilities.

I facilitated a smooth transition to the new image in external communications, social media, and business documentation. I was involved in creating logos for divisions, products, and services, as well as internal and external media projects and events, corporate font, presentations for public speaking, and promotional materials.

I was responsible for updating and developing the visual identity of the company’s educational division, providing graphic support for training courses and positioning on social media, which led to a high level of satisfaction among universities in collaboration and a threefold increase in student conversion in educational streams.

I planned the development of a collection of internal corporate merchandise aimed at enhancing the company’s HR brand appeal over several years. I was fully responsible for the entire process, from the idea discussion stage to overseeing production.
