company’s rebranding process. I led brainstorming sessions, discussing ideas and strategies during group sessions to design the new company image in collaboration with top management, as well as creating product brands with internal project teams.
Using the Core Discovery design strategy framework, I transformed the founders’ vision into accessible and effective visual representations by analyzing the profile, needs, and motivations of the target audience, supporting the company’s growth and expanding its capabilities.
I facilitated a smooth transition to the new image in external communications, social media, and business documentation. I was involved in creating logos for divisions,
products, and services, as well as internal and external media projects and
events, corporate font, presentations for public speaking, and promotional materials.
I was responsible for updating and developing the visual identity of the
company’s educational division, providing graphic support for training courses and positioning on social media, which led to a high level of satisfaction among universities in collaboration and a threefold increase in student conversion in educational streams.
I planned the development of a
collection of internal corporate merchandise aimed at enhancing the company’s HR brand appeal over several years. I was fully responsible for the entire process, from the idea discussion stage to overseeing production. This project helped the company win the “HR Brand of the Year” award from Ruward Award in 2022.
